At Tranquility Behavioral Health LLC & TMS Center, we have a strict No-Show/Late Cancel/Appointment Policy to ensure efficient service. We offer a notification system and call-in option for easy cancellation or rescheduling.

Patients must remember their appointments and communicate promptly if they can't attend. This helps us manage our schedule and optimize appointment times.

Please call us if you can't make it so we can reschedule another patient. Your cooperation helps us provide the best service to all.

No Show - No Call
Policy

We value your time and commitment to scheduled appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and the availability of our resources, we have implemented no-shows and late Cancellations.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Charges for No-Shows/Late Cancellations:

    • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or cancel the appointment with insufficient time will be charged the full amount of the session.

  2. Rescheduling Restrictions:

    • Clients with outstanding fees due to no-shows or late Cancellations may not reschedule until the outstanding fee is paid in full.

  3. Rescheduling Limitations:

    • Clients may reschedule their appointments anytime as long as they are done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to notify us of any changes to their appointments as soon as possible. However, adherence to this policy is essential to maintaining the quality of our services and respect for both clients and service providers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
