Appointment Policy

No Show/Late Cancel/Appointment Policy

 

We have a strict No-Show/Late Cancel/Appointment Policy. We give patients ample time to cancel and/or reschedule appointments by using our notification system and/or calling you to reschedule your appointment. This is a courtesy that we have incorporated into our practice to give patients time to plan for their appointments.

 

It is the patient's responsibility to remember appointments. It is common courtesy to let us know if you are not able to make your appointment as we have set aside time for you to be seen and evaluated by your provider.  If you are not able to make your appointment, we would appreciate a phone call to let us know as we can schedule another patient that may need to be seen in your designated appointment slot. Please read our policy below:

 

Initial visit:

  • You must cancel 72 hours prior to your initial visit.

  • If you fail to do so, we charge a fee of $285.00 that is non-refundable.

  • You will be charged the full amount of the session for any and all No Shows/Late Cancellations.

  • You may not reschedule until this fee is paid in full.

  • You may only reschedule once.

 

Established Patients:

  • If you fail to attend a follow-up visit or cancel with less than 48-hour notice, you will be charged a $150.00 no show/late cancellation fee.

  • Once you have paid the no show/late cancellation fee, you will be permitted to reschedule your appointment.

  • You will be charged the full amount of the session for any and all No Shows/Late Cancellations.

  • If you have more than two no shows, late cancellations, or reschedules within the calendar year, you will be referred to a more suitable provider from the practice.
