At Tranquility Behavioral Health LLC, we uphold a strict No-Show/Late Cancel/Appointment Policy to ensure the efficient and timely provision of our services. This proactive approach serves as a courtesy, allowing patients the opportunity to plan their appointments with consideration for their schedules.

It is essential for patients to take responsibility for remembering their appointments. As a practice built on professionalism and patient-centered care, we encourage individuals to communicate with us promptly if they are unable to make their scheduled appointments. This not only helps us manage our schedule effectively but also ensures that the designated time for each patient to be seen and evaluated by their provider is optimized.

We appreciate the common courtesy of receiving a phone call if a patient cannot make an appointment. This consideration allows us to promptly reschedule another patient who may require attention during the specified appointment slot.

No Show - No Call

We value your time and commitment to scheduled appointments. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and the availability of our resources, we have implemented the following No-Show/Late


Cancellation Policy:

  1. Charges for No-Shows/Late Cancellations:

    • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or cancel the appointment with insufficient time will be charged the full amount of the session.

  2. Rescheduling Restrictions:

    • Clients with outstanding fees due to no-shows/Late Cancellations may not reschedule until the outstanding fee is paid in full.

  3. Rescheduling Limitations:

    • Each client is allowed to reschedule a session only once.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage clients to notify us of any changes to their appointments as soon as possible. However, to maintain the quality of our services and respect for both clients and service providers, adherence to this policy is essential. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
