Terms of Payment:

Payment for services is expected at the time of service and can be made using cash, credit/debit cards, or HSA/FSA cards. We do not accept checks as a form of payment. In the event of a missed appointment without a 48-hour notice, a fee will be charged. Payment arrangements are available for individuals facing financial hardship.

Insurance claims will be submitted on behalf of patients, but they remain responsible for any unpaid balances. Refunds are not provided for services rendered, and the appointment policy strictly prohibits refunds after service delivery. Fees may be subject to periodic re-evaluation, and any changes will be communicated before the next scheduled appointment.

Patients with outstanding balances are required to pay their share of fees once insurance has been processed. As a participating provider with most insurance companies, we adhere to the terms of health care contracts by collecting necessary fees. Patients are responsible for any balances not covered by insurance, and if a claim is denied, the patient assumes full responsibility for the entire bill.

For convenience, we accept various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Debit Cards. Patients should be aware of their health coverage and are encouraged to contact their insurance company to understand the specifics of their mental health coverage. Patients are responsible for outstanding fees, co-payments, deductibles, and/or co-insurance not covered by insurance.

To assist patients with out-of-network benefits, we have partnered with Reimbersify. Filing claims is simple through the app, and reimbursement is sent directly to patients without any deductions. Patients can utilize this service for their entire family and maximize the benefits of an out-of-network provider.
