Here at Tranquility Behavioral Health Clinic & TMS Center, your health is our most important concern and we are committed to providing the safest and cleanest environment possible for all our patients. We are only offering online video appointments due to recent COVID-19 concerns. We are following all the recommended CDC guidelines of social distancing. We value your health and safety.
We are asking that if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, feeling ill, and/or a low-grade fever, please stay at home and contact your primary care provider immediately. Additionally, please stay home, if you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has traveled to areas that are experiencing COVID-19. Also, if you are over the age of 65, we are asking that you stay home and do a telepsychiatry visit. We want ensure that we keep you healthy and safe.
We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. We are offering Tele-psychiatry visits for all patients to ensure that you can get your medications refilled and/or attend your psychotherapy visits with us. Please contact our office directly at (832) 879-2107 to set up your tele-psychiatry visit. We are committed to providing our patients and staff a safe environment and encourage you to visit the CDC and Houston Health Department websites to keep yourself updated with COVID-19.
