Founder of The Tranquility Way

Dr. Henrietta Evans DNP, APRN

Board-Certified • PMHNP-BC • CEO

The Tranquility Way™ exists because psychiatric care shouldn't have to compete with life.

Life keeps moving. Families still need you. Careers continue. Relationships evolve. New seasons begin before the last one has fully settled.

Psychiatric care shouldn't exist apart from those realities—it should work within them. The Tranquility Way™ was created to help treatment align with the life you're living, so care becomes a meaningful part of your everyday life, not something separate from it.

Because the most meaningful care isn't separated from life; it's aligned with it.

I did not build this practice to follow a standard model of psychiatry.

It was developed over time—through clinical experience, patient outcomes, and the need for a more structured and consistent approach to care.

Over the course of more than three decades in healthcare, I saw the same pattern repeatedly—patients were treated, but not always understood.

Care was often reactive, inconsistent, and difficult to sustain in real life.

That gap led me to refine a different approach—one that prioritizes understanding first, applies treatment deliberately, and focuses on outcomes that hold over time.

Today, my practice reflects that evolution.

It is intentionally structured, measured, and designed to reduce guesswork—so decisions are informed, treatment is precise, and progress is maintained beyond the clinical setting.

With over three decades of patient care experience, Dr. Evans brings depth, clinical precision, and a structured approach to psychiatric care.

Her background spans military service, advanced nursing practice, and specialized mental health care—each shaping a disciplined and intentional approach to treatment.

I am a proud United States Army veteran, having served honorably for eight years as part of one of the Army’s most elite nursing corps. My military service established the foundation of discipline, structure, accountability, and resilience that continues to shape my approach to psychiatry today.

That experience instilled a commitment to precision, calm leadership, and compassionate care — principles that remain deeply woven into The Tranquility Way and my dedication to helping patients find clarity, balance, alignment, and growth.

Through Tranquility360, I extend the same principles of structure, consistency, and intentional living beyond the clinical setting. Life on our homestead — caring for laying hens, raising rabbits, tending the land, and embracing slower daily rhythms — reflects my belief that environment, routine, and connection to life’s simple patterns can profoundly support mental clarity, grounding, and long-term emotional stability.

It was developed through experience, refined through observation, and designed to function where it matters most—outside the office.
